The National Curriculum focuses strongly on SPAG skills for writing. At Lyndhurst we strive to teach these in a creative and cross-curricular way so that children are using their skills for a purpose. We cover a variety of genres in our writing including stories, poetry, recounts, non-fiction and instructions.
