New Intake September 2021
Please click below to view our virtual New Parents meeting. We have added lots of information to this page to hopefully answer any questions you may have about your child starting school. If you have any other questions please contact the school office.
We would like all children to create a memory box to bring in when they start in September to share with their class. A memory box can help your child develop new language and creates a way for them to talk about their feelings and their past. You can include photos, drawings, favourite objects or everyday items that remind your child of an event, person, pet or period of time.

Please click the link below to view a "Typical day" - do share this with your child as they will see some of the fun and exciting activities we have in our school. The video also shows a tour of the classroom and areas, which would be good to share.
Please click here to apply for the school to receive Pupil Premium funding for your child.
Please click here for information about Breakfast Club.
Please click here for a link to The Book Trust for suggestions of books about starting school. Many of these titles are read by various people on youtube - please check first before sharing with your child.
We look forward to welcoming you and your child to Lyndhurst.
The first video is a welcome from our Deputy Head teacher Sarah Davy to explain all about Early Years. In 2021-2022 Miss Lawrence will take on the role of Early Years Leader. Miss Dawkins provides you with a tour of the Early Years classrooms (she will have a new role as a Year 1 class teacher in September).
Welcome from Mrs South - Headteacher
