At the start of Year 1's forest sessions we learnt that it is now spider season and there are lots of spiders at the moment! We worked as a team to make a giant spider web and then played 'Beat the Spider' We had to move around the web without touching the white thread! We learnt how to use a hammer and made small spider webs. We had lots of fun creating yummy food in the mud kitchen and worked together to make huge dens.

Year 1 also had great fun making scary Halloween spiders, humongous conker runs and found where the tree people live. They made some homes in our trees. We drew pictures and wrote messages on the leaves for them.
